I have never seen a realtor work so hard or care so much about their client as what I experienced with Kristen. We were referred to Kristen by our Panama City agent. We got together with her and discussed what we were looking to buy. She set up multiple viewing for us and carted us around to see them. She was very active in looking for prospective homes to view and then setting up viewings. When we found the one we wanted to make an offer on, she handled all the paperwork. When we headed to closing, Kristen kept on what needed to be done by sellers before closing (new roof, etc) and kept us well informed.
