Kristen is wonderful! She has extensive experience as a buying and selling agent, and she helped me every step of the way in buying my new home in Phoenix. At the start of the process she asked me all the right questions about what kind of condo or house I wanted, what parts of town would work for me, etc. Then she designed a search that sent me notices of new homes on the market, changes in price, etc. We viewed properties until I found the one I wanted. Kristen made great suggestions about the purchase contract terms, financing, etc., and everything fell into place. We closed quickly and I moved into my new condo. She was the best realtor I have worked with in a long time. I highly recommend her!

Just wanted to say that Kristen really helped me out a lot. _ I was selling my house from a different state. Kristen did a a lot of the leg work for me that I couldn't do from out of state. She took care of some things (on the property) that the seller would normal take care of. Helped me a lot to understand the Az market with setting the price and negotiating counter offers.
