We were recommended to Kristen by some friends and we couldn’t have been happier. Our situation was unexpected. Kristen was contacted by our friends and immediately reached out to meet with us. We were able to explain what we needed and there was no pressure to get anything done quickly. She was sensitive and caring. Kristen was with us every step of the way and ahead of the game at every corner. Diligence in contacting the right people, her expertise in finding the comparison properties and her knowledge of the area boosted our confidence that she was the right person for us. I think for our situation we were priced just right as things worked out for everyone involved. It seemed no matter what the day or time, Kristen was in constant contact or was available to answer our questions.
