We used Kristen when buying a condo and she was great at helping us find a good location in the city as well as a building with a good reputation. We knew very little about the area and she was a great help. She also was excellent in the negotiation process and addressing issues as they surfaced. I highly recommend working with Kristen and I will again on the next purchase we do in the area.
