I wished I'd know Kristen for my previous house sell. She handled everything and was very accommodating during the entire ordeal. We are using them for our home home purchase as well and they are handling everything. We are in very capable hands. The home purchase is a new build and they are keeping up with everything. I only have to pay for it. The difference between my previous sell and this one is night and day. I know they are doing this to make a living, but they truly think about how their actions will affect the seller. I enjoy working with this team.
