After making no progress with another agent/agency, we thankfully found Kristen! She asked questions in order to understand exactly what we were looking for in a house and neighborhood. From the first phone exchange, Kristen understood what I was looking for and accepted my demands for a new home. We were living in Virginia and she was kind enough to go preview homes and even sent to video. I/we had specific criteria (property, pool, jacuzzi,about 3000 sqft, garage,etc). With that in mind and the fact we were 5 hours from the area she arranged for viewing when we had plenty to see and always met the criteria. She is a delightful, kind, compassionate person and made this home search less stressful.
