Kristen contacted us after our inquiry to Realtor.com asking for a realtor to serve the Yulee, Florida area. We were living in south Georgia at the time and did not know any realtors in Florida. She was very helpful from the start and communicates quickly and frequently. She was proactive throughout the search all the way to closing. We told her what we were looking for and she immediately prepared a list and organized visitations with homeowners and builders. She sent us links to all the properties and only showed us homes in our price range and wish list.
