It was a pleasure working with Kristen on our search for a home in Prescott. She provided valuable insights into real estate processes and the local market; that combined with the added bonus of her home building/remodeling knowledge were crucial for our decision-making. Kristen's professionalism was evident in every step of the process, and her upbeat, positive energy made what could have been stressful, feel exciting and enjoyable. We had specific must haves and are especially appreciative of her willingness to stick with us throughout our extended search.

From the start, Kristen was pleasant to be around and had a very knowledgeable approach to the entire process. Not only was she prompt on all the paperwork amd administrative things, she was always available for a call or message, she's the best and only agent I'll use.
