Kristen was supremely patient with us through the pandemic, and considering we were looking for something very particular and hard to find. We never felt like we were bothering her. She never made us feel like we needed to hurry up. She didn’t mind when our adult children came to look at the houses too, and she was just so kind and easy to be around that she made every showing a pleasant experience! During the inspections she thought of things we didn’t and facilitated whatever we needed and took pictures and asked questions that stem from her expertise. It was honestly a sad day when we realized we wouldn’t be seeing Kristen anymore! She is excellent at what she does, and we are grateful for her help.

I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Kristen Henson. We listed our house for sale by owner, had it up for a few months with several offers below asking price so we decided to list with Kristen. She had the house staged and ready for open house within a few days...After the FIRST open house we had several offers and accepted one that was 14k over asking price. We couldn't be more pleased with how the whole process went. My only regret was that I didn't list with Kristen sooner ?????!!!

Kristen is he best there is and I highly recommend her! She had experience selling in our niche neighborhood of A/R acreage. That experience and her approach made her the ideal realtor for us. However, that was just the start. She staged the house and had the most beautiful photos taken to set us up for success. We had a difficult home to sell. We listed right before Christmas which is notorious a bad time of the year. We sold the home in 6 days! She kept us informed along the way and was always gracious with her time. When our appraisal came back flagged, she dug in and was able to get the appraisal changed to our selling price. Kristen made us feel like we were her top priority the entire process.
