Kristen helped me buy my house to use as a rental property for my daughter and her roommates back in 2021 when inventory was extremely limited. She went to look at houses with my daughter in a timely manner and we were able to buy quickly. Afterwards, she continued to help me out with things we needed at the house when I was over two hours away. She was so good to me after the sale that I never thought of asking anyone else to sell the property when it came time. This summer I was thinking about selling, so I called Kristen and she informed me of where the market was and suggested timing. Kristen is very professional. She helped me to buy a house and later sell the same. While buying she never hesitated to show me any house irrespective of price and location. She always arrived at the house before I arrived and spent as long as I needed to see it all. She disclosed all attributes of a house and never hid anything so I do not get a surprise later.
