Kristen is amazing! Right from the beginning, she was knowledgeable about what neighborhoods would increase our equity over time, which neighborhoods to avoid, and what schools and amenities were nearby. She had great insight about what it would take to get an approved offer, and made the experience smooth and seamless from the initial offer to the closing table. Kristen was great at staying in constant communication with us, the selling agent, and the lender to ensure everything went as planned. We had several issues with our lender, but Kristen handled it for us so we could be as stress-free as possible. We can't thank her enough for helping us buy our dream home!
