Kristen is a wonderful agent. She was able to sell our home prior to showings while still coming soon sight unseen for $25k over our asking price! She is knowledgeable, and down to earth. She answers all questions quickly; while ensuring our understanding of the entire selling and escrow process through closing. We have worked with Kristen as a buyers agent and sellers agent twice over the last 14 years, and wouldn't consider working with anyone else!

So supportive Kristi was beyond helpful in communicating with the sellers for all questions I needed to answer. She was wise in her recommendations regarding my bid which was vital as there were so many bids on the property. I am very happy with my new home and more than pleased with her service

Kristen was great to work with from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable about the area where we were looking and about the process in general, gave helpful suggestions and kept us informed all along the way. She was great to work with and always had the exact right gif or wise word to keep me calm when the home buying process got stressful. We love our house and are grateful for her help finding it!

Kristen was wonderful throughout the process providing support and suggestions. I couldn't be happier.

Kristen was the BEST!! We moved back home to Toledo in 2019 after living in Sacramento CA for 10 years. She was patient and super supportive during our home search for just the right place. She walked with us through every aspect and was AMAZING!!! So amazing that 6 months later we called her to help my mom! Kristie was above and beyond for her as well! We can’t recommend her more!!!

Very friendly, always willing to go out of her way to help others.

When we had a bad experience with our first realtor, I reached out to Kristi and she jumped right in to help us. We had been searching for months but once Kristi was involved, we found our dream home in a matter of a week! Will definitely be using her if we ever buy another and of course recommend her to anyone that’s looking! She is the best!

When it came time for my sister and I to sell our parents home Kristi was our go to. Throughout the entire process she kept us informed and up to date with the sale. She was knowledgeable and offered expert advice. When we are in the market to buy/sell again, Kristi will be our first choice.

Kristen was awesome! Showed us many homes before showing us what became our dream home. She is very knowledgeable of the Toledo real estate market. Thank you, Kristen! Highly recommended!

It took me 3 years to find a home I wanted to buy. I was exceptionally fussy and wanted the perfect home. After striking out on my own for a couple years I contacted Kristen. She helped correct some of the dumb things I was doing due to my inexperience. When we found the right home for me she negotiated the price I wanted. As far as I know, buying a house consists of pointing at a property, saying a number, signing a bunch of papers at closing and then moving in. Kristen handled everything else. I am super particular about whom I trust and her knowledge and experience convinced me she was the person for the job. To this day I'm confident I made the right choice.
