After living in our first house for 20 years, we put it on the market. We first listed it with a big firm in El Paso, but after almost 12 months it had not sold. We then terminated the contract with that firm, and signed with Kristen. 2 months later we had a contract and the house sold. She held two open houses, and went the extra mile to make sure the house looked great, even it was not her job to do so. You see, we were not living in the house at the time of sale, as we had already moved up north to Colorado. Kristen were extremely helpful with essentially turning on the utilities, and other things, that she felt that would make the house present in the best way.
