That really impressed me and was one of the main reasons I decided to work with her in the first place. You could almost call it “love at first sight” with my realtor! 😂 Since then, Kristen has been there for us every step of the way. Kristen is approachable and comes with helpful knowledge. She uses her paralegal background to ensure all documents are thoroughly read through and understood. If anything is out of the ordinary or incorrect, she is prompt to address it and get it correct. Kristen is communicative throughout the whole process, and listened to our feedback to find us the right home. As first time homebuyers, we did our best to learn as much as we could on our own, but Kristen was helpful in filling in the gaps and keeping us updated on what to expect during each step. She sends helpful emails, keeps things organized, and even gave us a binder for our home that included admin items and key things to pay attention to as we get settled. We love our home now!
