Zillow should add more stars to their ratings. After struggling with the short sale on this house for four years. Kristen and Dave sold my house in less than four months. Kristen was able to short-sell my house free and clear: I paid the bank no money. It was wonderful as it was a big debt. I would use them again for a short sale or even better for a regular sale.
