Sold our home very quickly

We are happy with the outcome of our sale it was quick. We are very appreciative of the timing. What we feel could have been approved upon would be communication. We did not do an open house the first week as we had received an offer. Once the offer was accepted communication between everyone seemed to go nowhere. We would receive texts that someone would be at the home for an inspection in 20 minutes and no one was there to let them in, or we had people in our home that could not leave. At one point I did become frustrated with the lack of reaching out and did air that frustration. In the end, we did sell our home at asking and were able to move quickly. For that I am grateful and feel that the onus is not on just her, I am sure the buyer's agent played a part in the communication issues as well. I would recommend Kristen as an agent.
