Kristen Cardoso did a great job of the drone photos and description on the MLS and we think this definitely contributed to finding a buyer. Assume a yard sign was placed but we only dealt remotely. While quality of the MLS listing was great, we would have perhaps considered additional advertising in other key states if offered. Kristen was personally wonderful to work with, very responsive and knowledgeable. The office is in a great location and very visible to those looking in Cape Coral.
Kristen knew a lot about the areas we were searching in. She would run comps in the area to be sure we did not overpay for a property. It was very helpful.
Over a two year period, Kristen and Tricia took the time to show us many different properties in the hot/low inventory southwest Florida market.
