Very personable, knowledgeable and patient

Kristen worked with us for many months, long distance as we were trying to find a suitable home during the pandemic. She took our list of needs and sent many listings, as soon as they hit the market. She zoomed several showings, and even went back to some of the houses a second time, if we needed another look or had questions. She measured rooms and wall lengths, and did everything she could to help us find the right house. She did a great job of negotiating the sales contract, was present for the home inspection, gave us helpful advice in getting some items on the report taken care of, and was firm with the sellers' agent throughout the purchase process, since we could not be in town. She stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process, and quickly responded when we had questions. Great to work with!
