Daniel an Kristen helped alot thought process but when it came to me communicating with Daniel after the sale he hasn't communicated back with me. He stated that he'll always be there if theirs anything we need after home related and I haven't gotten a response back yet 2 weeks. I'm in shock because he was always responding at least through text or call now nothing I've send email and text and no responses at all I'm upset that our contact was cut off it Feels like

Zinnia was very responsive to our questions and showed us a lot of different properties before we made our decision. She was always quick to get back with us and did a lot of research if she didn’t know the answer to a question.

Rich did an amazing job. I would adamantly recommend him for real estate. He knows his territory exceptionally, not just what homes are available but the culture, codes, and zones. He was great at multitasking and thinking ahead of the full buyers process. He was always available to answer any questions we had (I am a first time homebuyers and I had a LOT) and flexible in his schedule to accommodate any of our needs. He was great with assisting us in our negotiations as well. It is worth noting he is also very personable not just with his clients but with the LOs he works with. I was very impressed how well they worked hand in hand to make everything run smoothly. I told him from the start I trusted his expertise, and utilized his knowledge to make many of the decisions for bidding, inspections, and closing out the deal. Buying our first home was daunting until we met Rich; soon as we did we found ourselves with nothing to fear knowing he was in our corner.

Any questions my wife or I had he knew the answer. Any help we needed he was a call or text away. Very knowledgeable all over space/ treasure coast (where we were looking to buy). He even called just to chat with me while I drove across the country to keep me company during the move. Once it came down to inspections he had a guy for every aspect that could get things done in a reasonable time and price. Marina found us a property to buy very quickly because we had an urgent need and assisted us with moving the process forward extremely quickly closing faster than any house/property we’ve ever acquired. She was very responsive and answered a lot of our questions along the way, even after we closed. She assisted us with the mortgage lender and even negotiated for purchase of some of the contents, going so far as to assist us to reach a deal. We highly recommend Marina!
