She provided the information needed to present a strong offer, and to understand the threshold of overpaying. Real estate is a very people oriented and network based business. Kristen is a perfect example of this. She referred a lender who was great to work with. I did speak to other lenders and none felt right. The lender Kristen referred did a great job of explaining everything and answering my questions. When my offer was accepted the seller mentioned the lender as one of the main reasons they took my offer over another higher offer.
