Kristel is very positive, knowledgeable about the area (Longmont, CO), and was always responsive and ready to show us houses we wanted to see on short notice. She was able to provide a lot of guidance when it came to the inspection part of the process and had recommendations for different inspection service providers as well as contractors in case we had to have anything fixed. We also used the loan provider that Kristel recommended. This was by far the hardest part of the process for us as first-time buyers as the loan company didn't seem very organized and we worked with several different people who didn't seem to know what information the previous person had already collected. My advice would be to get in touch with Kristel during (and before) the loan process to clarify any questions. She can't intervene in this process much but she can help talk you through elements you might not understand.
