She was very patient with me as a first-time buyer, explaining the process, and taking me to look at many properties to help me figure out what exactly I wanted. When I found a place I liked, we were able to get a slightly lower price. This made a big difference in my satisfaction with the deal, as I have had to make many upgrades.
