Buying a house is the single most expensive purchase most people do in their life. Krista Stemmerman made buying our dream home a breeze! She was attentive, answered all of our questions through the process (there were a lot!), was willing to do what ever it took to make us feel comfortable, and kept us informed every step of the way. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Krista to sell our rental property in San Marcos in October 2018. As we had owned the property for over 10 years, it needed a total renovation to bring it up to standards to sell. I've heard buying a house can be difficult. Working with Krista, it certainly didn't seem that way! I didn't realize how much the little things in a Buy-offer can make a difference, but getting the offer accepted with 4 others competing was really a nice feeling. She is more responsive than you would ever need and took care of several things so I didn't have to. I would definitely recommend her for your real estate needs!
