I was living out of state and was looking for a house in Florida. My concerns were not being able to see the house and neighborhood physically before submitting an offer. Krista made the process incredibly easy. I saw so many homes virtually and, she never gave up until we found the perfect house. I've worked with so many agents in the past who only wanted to show you 4 or 5 houses and then give up on you. Krista never gave up. She worked continuously with me right up until closing. I'd never go with anyone else!

I needed to purchase my retirement home in Florida while still residing in New York. I was lucky enough to be contacted by Krista and flew done to meet with her and look at some initial homes I saw through various listings. She listened to my family's wish list and on my return to NY began to compile a list of homes which checked all my boxes. In some cases, she sent me videos of walking tours she did in the homes. We corresponded on these homes and narrowed down the list to about 8 homes which she arranged for private tours. I flew back down with my wife and Krista spent 2 days touring these homes with us. We narrowed down the list to 2 homes at which time Krista said that she had one more home to show me that was not on the list but she thought would exceed my expectations. Needless to say, we fell in love at first sight and made an immediate offer. Krista then walked me through the whole process including some bumps in the road brought on by the seller. Needless to say, Krista went above and beyond and I would recommend her highly

Krista has excelled in every aspect of this purchase. From the beginning she showed us various homes that I had picked out then, understanding what we were looking for, showed us various homes that she thought would fit our desires until she found the perfect one. She also was a tremendous help in dealing with an extremely difficult seller. In addition, many aspects of the process were handled long distance (NY to Tampa) and she handled many of the items which I could not be down there for. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
