Several times she called "her guy" to discuss the solution and the cost to fix the problem. It was really great to know what we would be getting ourselves into. She was able to find us our dream home and fought hard for us to get it. She was always available when we needed her and was timely in her progress. She was able to answer the many questions we had as first time buyers and really made us feel like family.
