I have know Krista for many years as she helped my parents find their first rental and sold them their first house. I would 100% recommended her!!! I was able to tell her exactly what we were looking for in a house and she was able to find several that met our wishes. She is very good at communication and didn’t talk to me like i was an unknowledgeable homebuyer as this is our first house. Before my bf and i had gone with Krista we had talked to a others and it felt like they talked down to us because we didn’t know much about the buying process. However, Krista was able to walk us through that 100% and explained everything to me that i didn’t know. And if she didn’t have an answer to a question i had, she always got back to me later. If we were to ever buy or sell again we’d used Krista no doubt!

Krista was a Hugh help. My wife and I live in ST Croix the US Virgin Islands, we had contacted Krista in Dover DE at a home we were looking at on Line. Krista meet up with some friends of ours and looked at the home. we diced not to purchase that home but found another Home in Ocean View DE. she took the hour drive and take pictures and videos and sent them to us to look at. We decided to purchase the home. Krista helped out tremendously doing everything remote for my wife and I. it is not an easy task making decisions on purchasing a home site unseen, but she took good pictures and video's that really helped make the decision.
