I met Krista when I was selling my Albion triplex. I wanted my property to sell quickly and have the transaction completed by Thanksgiving 2018. Both Krista and I were determined to make this happen. We had challenges along the way as I live in Utah and the title company was in Seattle, WA. There were many moving parts. During these challenging times, I found Krista’s work ethic, responsiveness to phone calls and emails, and professionalism to be extraordinary. I was so impressed how she overcame challenges, kept in contact, and dealt with the title company. My triplex closed on the 20th of November. I couldn’t have been happier! I found Krista to be an agent I could trust. In fact, I referred her to a family who lived in Pullman who needed to sell their property so they could move to Utah.
