Krista was our realtor for our first home. She listened carefully, took extensive notes, and was very thorough in her search. She showed us lots of options but also gave us the flexibility to do some looking ourselves and then help us get in to see houses. Krista was incredibly prompt on the paperwork! We would get forms and information within minutes or hours of requesting! While Krista is not an attorney, she worked very hard to make sure all the “t”s were crossed and the “I”s were dotted. I can honestly say that her professionalism was beyond reproach! Krista has a very upbeat and positive personality. She is easy to talk to and very “down-homey”. All in all, she is a great realtor and if you are serious about buying a home, she will get you in one!

Working with Krista to find our home in Pullman was a tremendously gratifying experience for us. Where to begin... Krista is the type of Realtor that everyone dreams to work with. When I met Krista, I was not sure if we were ready to purchase a home yet and told her I was just interested in knowing how the process went. She was incredibly informative and gave me all the information I needed. Even though we were not quite ready to purchase a home, she was patient with me and always checked in to just make sure I was doing okay, never mentioned anything related to buying a home, which made me feel valued as a person, not just as a buyer. As soon as we were ready to buy a home a couple of months later, Krista is the first person I called. She was able to schedule viewings for me the next day. She took my husband and I to lunch to explain how the process went since we were first time home buyers. She was professional, kind, and made us feel like the most important people in the world. We ended up making an offer on a house on the first day we met her. She went out of her way to send us information to make the process easier for us and she checked in with us daily to make sure we weren't too overwhelmed.
