Where to begin... Krista is the type of Realtor that everyone dreams to work with. When I met Krista, I was not sure if we were ready to purchase a home yet and told her I was just interested in knowing how the process went. She was incredibly informative and gave me all the information I needed. Even though we were not quite ready to purchase a home, she was patient with me and always checked in to just make sure I was doing okay, never mentioned anything related to buying a home, which made me feel valued as a person, not just as a buyer. As soon as we were ready to buy a home a couple of months later, Krista is the first person I called. She was able to schedule viewings for me the next day. She took my husband and I to lunch to explain how the process went since we were first time home buyers. She was professional, kind, and made us feel like the most important people in the world. We ended up making an offer on a house on the first day we met her. She went out of her way to send us information to make the process easier for us and she checked in with us daily to make sure we weren't too overwhelmed. I am sure if it hadn't been for her, the process of buying a home would have been very stressful. Krista even came with us when we signed our final paperwork and gave us the most thoughtful gift package and even was thoughtful enough to include our cats in the fun.
