My wife and son and I were looking at property with a double wide for him and happened to find one with Krista’s name and number on the realtors sign. I called and she told us all about the home. Krista set up a time to check it out the following day. We made an offer shortly after that and with her help we closed within about a month. Krista was on the phone with us throughout the entire process helping in whatever way she could. It was a pleasure working with her.

When we called she answered right away. She set up a showing and we made an offer. We started the process on a Monday and we made an offer on Thrusday the same week. When you hire a realtor as a buyer you will spend a fair amount of time with them. So hire someone not just smart and informed, but personable. Krista checks that box! Then you need someone able to easily roll with changes at the last minute because things change quickly (like the house we thought we might love has a cracked foundation and we need to look elsewhere, like NOW). Check! Above all, you need someone who will PLUG IN to what you need. We were shopping 3 hours away from where we lived. When we wanted to check out *one last option* before making an offer Krista suggested she could FaceTime tour a house with us because we simply couldn’t drive to come see it. Yes, please, and thank you! Needless to say, that house was THE ONE and it was Krista plugging in and going the extra mile that made it happen for us. Kristina is awesome. Hire her!
