Before meeting Krista, my wife and I were in the market looking for a home, by ourselves. We felt stressed, overwhelmed, and not confident with our situation. We felt as if we were never going to find our dream home. During our search, my wife found a home on Zillow that was pending. By chance, I called the number on the listing and Krista answered. Krista listened to our story and we could tell right away that she genuinely cared. We felt like she took it as a personal goal to make sure we find a great home. We knew right away that we wanted to work with her, but we did not know what to expect. Every single time a home went on the market, Krista personally sent the listing to us and asked us if we wanted to go see the home. Over time, she really got to know what we were exactly looking for: our style of home, pricing, wants and needs. I would describe her approach as relentless and protective. She never misses a beat. If someone challenged me to make a phone call to anyone, without it going to voicemail, I would choose Krista. I believe she answered 97% of our phone calls. She not only is the most knowledgeable realtor we could ask, but her sense of calming is an underrated luxury. Buying a home can be very stressful, but she made us feel calm and comfortable. From the negotiations, contract terms, mortgage lender information, etc- she will be there. We closed on our dream home this week and there is no way we could have done it without Krista. We cannot be more grateful for her commitment to finding us our home. We are so happy. I can honestly say, Krista is someone who loves what she does for a living. Her passion and excitement speaks for itself. We cannot be ask for a better person to help us throughout our journey.
