We bought our new home in SoCal just over a year ago in a complex, cross country deal and couldn’t have done it without our agent, Krista Crews. She took us to several houses on the one weekend we had to look together. She was friendly, communicative, and followed up with answers to our endless questions. She also wrangled our kids a few times so we could focus on the homes we were exploring. And she’s totally punk rock.

Krista helped me sell my condo in Glendale and I could not have asked for a better experience. I was living and working across the country and she took care of everything. Not to mention, she got me Top price on my condo! I never had to leave South Florida! If your looking for someone to manage your listing and relieve some stress, she is your best asset!

Krista was tops in stepping me through the process and explaining the paperwork as the escrow proceeded; from across the country even as escrow closed. Knowledgeable, helpful and above all friendly and approachable. I ended up getting the first house I looked at after a couple months of seeing everything else, which shows her patience and fortitude. I was in great hands in my first house purchase.

Krista is absolutely amazing -- we met on a Tuesday, went to see a house on a Thursday and by the following week, we were in escrow. Things moved very quickly (our escrow was complex and not without a series of bumps) but she navigated it all with expertise, diligence and due diligence. She was constantly researching, calling the City of Glendale on my behalf, following up and walking me through the entire process. Most importantly, she was honest and didn't pressure me into moving forward unless I was comfortable. She had my back during such a tricky and stressful process and I will always be grateful to her. Like I said, she's amazing (and so is the house she secured for me!)
