Krissia Pena

We met krissia at an open house in Moreno Valley. We liked her immediately and started working with her right away. We liked that she explained to us how the property taxes work and the differences in payment. It was our first time buying a home and we cant say enough about how amazing her and her team are!

To this day she stays in contact with me to ensure everything is still great with the rental property she sold me. She showed me numerous properties and when we selected what I felt was my best purchase she went to work. She negotiated the best price, brought in a crew to repair what was needed to bring the property up to great shape to rent. And then she stayed on top to see the house was rented. She did all this when I did absolutely nothing. I have found a superwoman realtor. I will employ Krissa again and should anyone ask for a referral Krissa is at the top of the list.
