Kris helped us purchase our first ever home. He was extremely informative, helpful and supportive during the long process. He was patient with us knowing we are inexperienced as first time home buyers and was genuine in giving us true pros and cons regarding any home amenities. He knows the Southwest Florida area very well and did not sugar coat anything that could be a real concern for us in the future.
