WOW where do I start...They are the BEST...if you want to sell your home with experienced agents then Kris and Emma are the ones. We put our home up for sell as we were moving to Missouri and left our home in their hands to sell it. They always kept us up to date on EVERYTHING that was happening. After 3 tries ( no fault on them) the day came and we CLOSED. We cant thank you both enough for everything you did and making sure all was good. We will always be thankful.

I highly recommend Kris and can give 5 stars without hesitation. We interviewed several prospective agents and chose Kris or his calm and confident style. He gave us great advise on some small practical improvements that would help it show its best. We found him to work very hard for us, willing to do many odd tasks and chores to assist if it was needed to get us the best price. For example we do not live near the property and when a plumbing repair was noted on the buyers inspection report Kris tracked down and scheduled a plumber for us, meet them at the house to oversee the work, called to consult with me on options, then locked everything up when it was done. He does not just stop at getting it listed or getting it under contract but he guides the whole process to make sure things run smoothly. Once we got some offers he was very straight forward about evaluating each one with us, just solid well considered advise with no games or bias. He kept in close contact with us throughout the listing, contract and closing. As UK residents Kris helped us through the purchase of our Port Charlotte home.. a new experience for us, and so different from the UK and French systems we understood.
