If only I can give an excellence service award to Kris Sujan and his team. It took me 4 months to look for the right house... Kris and Lilian walked me through the whole process. Never did I felt rushed or pressured. We probably looked at more than 30 properties, Kris was always willing to meet up and show me properties, sometimes on a very short notice, He really tries to know you and recommends properties tailored to your needs, likes and dislikes. He makes you feel like you're his only client. Responsive with questions and concerns... I highly recommended Kris for his work ethics and honesty.. Lilian took care of the financial part of my buying experience, she is well verse on the current mortgage trends, programs and rates, She works hard for your money.
