We recently purchased a triplex in Manhattan Beach with a 1031 Exchange with the help of Kris Lastition as our realtor. This was an important decision and investment for us. We could not be happier with our choice of having Kris see us through the process. She was extremely responsive, reassuring, knowledgeable and always looking out for our best interest. She assisted and advised us with everything from the loan process to the inspections that needed to be done. We couldn't recommend her more highly as a real estate agent. Joe and Linda Flanagan

Words cannot express my gratitude for the excellent job Kris did in selling my home. When I say she went above and beyond the call of duty would be an understatement. Selling, and moving from house that you've lived in for 20 years is stressful and hard work...add traveling for work on top of that and it's completely overwhelming. Kris coordinated the stager, repairs, painters, carpet layers, and landscapers for me! She even delivered over 100 moving boxes on a Sunday morning! I had complete trust and confidence in her ability. She nailed the timing of all the necessary jobs that needed to be done. Our house looked amazing when it was ready to put on the market. She has attention to quality and detail, yet budget conscious when selecting subs. The best part is she sold our house fast and got our sell price! I would highly recommend Kris to anyone who wants some peace of mind when buying or selling a home!
