I've been staring at my keyboard for the past few minutes trying to decide where to start with my review for Kris because there are so many great qualities that made her such an amazing pleasure to work with, so i'll just jump right into it. One of the things I love most about her is that she takes care of you. We hardly felt like we working with a realtor during this experience but rather more a family friend. She went above and beyond to make us feel like every detail was taken care of. She was an amazing team player that made sure everyone was on the same page to make our process as smooth and seamless as possible. She'll go to bat for you and tell you how it is while working hard to make sure you achieve your goal and leave as happy as possible. These are the things we were looking for in a realtor. - able to relate and communicate what we looking for - knows the local area and market conditions -know the local financial providers - able to work with the seller's realtor to negotiate the deal Kris filled all of these must haves enabling us to purchase the property. She is a pleasure to work with and always kept us updated on the status of where we were at in the process. The other bonus she gave us was to introduce her husband Joe who grew up on the area. He provided insights on the local area that you wouldn't find in any brochures.
