Kris had great knowledge of the market and the area. He knew the schools, and all the information for the areas we looked at all over Tri-Cities. He had a lot of knowledge on the market answered all of our questions quickly, easily, and with confidence. Communication was tremendous. Between texting, calling, and emailing.
