Dave and Kris embody professionalism! We recently worked with them to sell our condo so that we could move up north in search of our Dreamhome! They were attentive to our every question, made the process easy, made it a habit to over communicate with us, advised us at each step along the way and were genuinely excited for us as we went through this process. We walked away not only with a sold home in just over a month but also what feels like new friends in Dave and Kris. Our ONLY regret was that we were moving to an area where they do not cover - we would have been over the moon to work with them to buy our new home as well!
