They are so knowledgeable and experienced within the industry, it really helped to have their perspective on such an important decision, especially for first time home buyers like us. They see houses all day long and can immediately warn us buyers if the house literally smells like there is a huge problem, or can talk about various common issues to be wary about with houses in the Bay Area, such as electrical, foundation, etc. What I appreciated the most is that they seemed to know so much about everything throughout the process and were always available to explain each step with patience and respect.
