Krina helped us find the perfect house for us. For Krina, it was always about us. It took us over a year to find the house we wanted. I knew Krina Fry before she was a realtor and she had done some amazing needlework framing for me in the past. A good friend had also used her as a realtor which confirmed the fact that I would use her when the time came for me to buy a new home. She certainly has an excellent knowledge of the area and properties. There was no price negotiations as full price was offered with her advice and was accepted. She completely prepared me for what would occur at the closing and what credits and debits would be involved. She pays close attention to detail and guided me through all aspects of inspections, closings, etc. I felt very comfortable with her and highly valued her advice. She even helped me with many aspects of the renovations of my new home and the actual moving process. She was always willing to answer questions and, if she did not know the answer, she made every effort to find out. Buying and selling home can be very stressful experiences but I feel that Krina made my selling and purchasing experiences much less stressful than they otherwise would have been. I never felt alone in this experience and felt that she gave me excellent advice.

We thought we'd never be able to meet another agent like our adored Nicki Thompson in Denver. However, Krina is cut from the very same cloth. There are some agents who sell real estate for the money and the deal. Then there are others who earn every penny, listen to the desires of their clients and then go that extra mile. Krina is a true Kentuckian who is not only hospitable and patient, but is highly efficient, professional and to the core, a great representative of a genre of sales that doesn't always have the highest regard. She is a gem.
