I met Kraig Marquis from the Keller Williams Realty in Wilmington north Carolina at an open house. Although I was not interested in the house I talked to Kraig about my wants and needs he then kept me up-to-date on every property that came on the market. While he was on vacation I found a property he sent his assistant to view the property with me. I agreed to purchase the property and every day until the completion of the contract Kraig was in contact with me from his vacation. His attention to detail was amazing he was able to walk me through the DocuSign, and all the other paperwork required. He is very conscientious, Knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend Kraig and if a situation should arise that I need to sell the property or buy another he would definitely be my only choice.

It's great to have someone that treats you as a friend but respects you as if you're their only client. Kraig worked patiently with me and was so much more than someone to connect me to properties. He's a pro and respected in the city of Wilmington. He educated me, informed me of the market, showed me different aspects of real estate, all-around great advice, and honestly it was a pretty fun experience. I really can't say enough good things about this process and will continue to utilize Kraig for anything real estate. I would highly suggest connecting with him if you are at all even curious about buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

All realtors are not the same, who you choose to work with make a world of the difference. Kraig Marquis helped us get more than 12% over asking price on our listing. His experienced really showed ask he helped us get the productery ready to list. He helped coordinate all the little repairs and fix the imperfections to assure us we would get top dollar. Kraig always kept me in the loop with offers and pending negotiations. He really does a good job taking the stress out of selling my home and would highly recommend him to everyone.
