As a first time home buyer, Kraig was there every step of the way helping me through the process. The professionalism and much needed assistance he provided along the way was more than I anticipated and was greatly needed and appreciated. I originally was looking to purchase a foreclosure in Aug. 2015 with Kraig's help and he went above and beyond scheduling and making sure it was inspected by multiple professionals prior to close. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the seller's title outside of Kraig or I's control that couldn't be rectified. After that Kraig continued to send me houses on nearly a daily basis that he thought I would be interested. Eventually, I found one that I loved and Kraig helped negotiate a price that was well below the original asking price. Kraig always told me the first house falling through was meant to be and I would find something even greater that I would love even more. He was absolutely right and I love my new home. Throughout the entire process, Kraig was constantly asking if I was comfortable with everything that was happening to ensure I was happy and confident this was the right choice for myself. He handled the scheduling of all the inspections for me so it was one less thing I had to worry about. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help me with my first purchase and I will absolutely use him in the future. I can't recommend Kraig enough to others!

Kraig called me in response to an interest I had in a property on Zillow. I had several realtors reach out through email, but he was the only one who took the time to call me to get to know me and find out what I was really looking for. I told Kraig the area I was interested in and he provided me with many options. We met to see houses on several occasions. He was very organized and conscientious of my time. He contacted me immediately when he found out the sellers of the house that I loved had reduced the price. I sent him a list of ten more houses I wanted to see before moving forward.
