My wife and I recently finished buying our first home with Kraig, Lynette, and Stefani. The experience couldn't have gone much better, especially during the pandemic. We met Kraig and his team through my mother, who is also a real estate agent in a different town. When she introduced us, she said that the most important thing to look for when working with an agent is that they will talk you out of homes that aren't good for one reason or another. To my mom, that means that they aren't just in it for the commission and are trying to help you find your perfect home. With that in mind, I can't count the number of homes Kraig talked us out of! As the process went on, we started to learn what warning signs could be present in a home, and Kraig didn't even have to talk us out of houses anymore. The three of us would go in, and we could kind of come to the same conclusion without needing to have an in depth discussion about it. We mostly interacted with Kraig, and he taught us so much about the home buying experience. We never once felt pressured to buy any home, and he was very patient with us as we looked for something that was just right. We lost out on a handful of homes that we made offers on, but he didn't let that get our spirits down. This was no fault of Kraig's, it is just the reality of the crazy market in the South Bay. For the house we wound up buying, we wouldn't have gotten it without Kraig keeping in constant contact with the seller's agent. He kept us appraised of what the current highest offer was, and let us know that if we came up to match it we would likely get the house. This put us in the driver's seat to determine if we were willing to spend to get the house. We didn't interact with Lynette and Stefani as much as Kraig, but all of our interactions with them were also very positive. We can't recommend working with the Crum Constantino team enough!
