Krag did an excellent job of selling our cabin with 100 acres of hunting land. He was very personable and prompt with his visits and in responding to any questions and concerns we had about the selling process. Krag was also very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the 1031 land exchange set up for us. He had a professional photographer take pictures of the cabin/land and a drone was also used for aerial YouTube footage. The property sold for more than asking price in just a couple of days. Highly recommend Krag Blomberg as a realtor.
