Miss Kourtni was very efficient and effective and everything that she did. I cannot believe that I was able to close the house in 25 days or less. I had been looking on two different realtor sites at houses as they came across and I had been doing that since August 2024. I even tried to contact two other realtors, who really weren’t interested in helping me. Within two weeks of me reaching out to Miss Kourtni she sent me about five or six listings, and we settled on two to view. Kourtni was very easy to work with. She kept constant communication with us even during odd hours as we went through the whole process. Kourtni always showed up early to each house we wanted to view with a printout of that houses listing. This made the process easy for us as we asked a barrage of questions throughout the whole event. She worked with our hours on the weekends making us not have to scramble. Kourtni was very accommodating for my family and I as we had to have a 6 month old and 2 year old tag along at all times.
