Miss Kourtni was very efficient and effective and everything that she did. I cannot believe that I was able to close the house in 25 days or less. I had been looking on two different realtor sites at houses as they came across and I had been doing that since August 2024. I even tried to contact two other realtors, who really weren’t interested in helping me. Within two weeks of me reaching out to Miss Kourtni she sent me about five or six listings, and we settled on two to view.
