Kory was incredible to work with! This is the 2nd time we’ve used Kory as our realtor in the Charleston area and I’m sure it won’t be the last! The icing on the cake this time was that our house sold for $6000 OVER list price! Another realtor told me we should list the home for $25,000 less than what Kory recommended. Kory walked me through the intimidating process of buying a home as well as walking me through the houses! He really had my best interests in mind when showing me properties. Kory had a difficult probate property sale issue. Kory stayed focus during the whole process. He kept me involved every step of the process. Kory walked my wife through the closing, because I could not be present during the closing. Kory always negotiated with the sellers with us in mind. Thanks Kory job well done.
