ALL THE STARS!!! I’ve heard horror stories about searching and buying a home so I didn’t know what to expect with this being my first but let me tell you, Korissa was amazing!!! It was smooth, despite the competition in the market we found the perfect home and snagged it for less than the appraisal!! We never had to ask what’s going on or follow up on anything, Korissa kept an open line of communication and kept us ahead the ball the entire time and hooked us up with the connections and resources to do renovations that we wanted right away. She was in tune with everything we were looking for or didn’t want and we ended up having a lot of fun looking at homes even if they didn’t work out! She was friendly, realistic, down to earth, didn’t pressure us into purchases and went above and beyond taking on difficult sellers to make sure we got the most out of purchase! She was very patient with us having a toddler running around all our legs and being “energetic” while trying to view homes and talk about everything. My son loved her and still talks about her lol. We didn’t just get the right house we gained a friend!
