As I am a first time buyer, I knew little about how it all works. I had the best help with all my needs and more. Very helpful with information when needed as well as all paperwork required was explained as she walked me through the process. All my needs for any paperwork others involved was worked out with her knowledge of their process. It was a great relief to me as her being so qualified for her job that I asked her to help me sell my other property. Even when the process had one or two hick-ups she had everything done in a timely manner. I greatly applicated all her hard work and help with things she was not required to do, but she did.

Sooo.. my journey began with trying to sell my property on my own. After several scammers and even bonified realtors solicitations that were not requested by me I decided to go with a recommendation for excellence. I contact Korinna and she promptly set me up and After being on the market for about 15 days we began receiving numerous genuine offers and within a short time we had a buyer who incidentally wanted the house for more than esthetic value but for a purpose of calling it "HOME".
