Korin truly stands out as one of the very best real estate agents I’ve had. She always made me feel like she would go the extra mile to help sell my house. She helped with staging (including providing space-appropriate furniture to use throughout the showings) and took charge of several interactions related to inspection issues. She is thoughtful, caring, and honest. Her decision-making is based upon a truly empathetic view of the client’s needs. I would highly recommend Korin for any real estate transaction.

Korin is easy to work with. She listened to what our wants and needs were in a home and narrowed down the listings we saw to properties that met many of our criteria. She was also willing to show us any home for sale that did not come up in our listings, which was good since the home we bought we found on Zillow and it never showed up in our custom listing portal. When viewing homes she helpfully pointed out red flags, issues with the property that may be problematic. She was flexible in scheduling showings and was willing to see houses herself and video chat during the process when in-person showings were canceled due to COVID-19 so we wouldn’t have to suspend our home search. When we did find a home we liked, she strategized to help our offer get noticed and ultimately accepted.
